Sacred Self Retreats
& Sabbaticals
Release, Restore, Renew
There comes a season in our lives, when the outer work moves to a natural pause, when we feel called inward.
And it is in this season that Nature is our greatest teacher and ally.
We begin to hear the call of the forest, the mountains, the skies above us and the earth from which grows the food that makes our bodies.
It is in this season of our lives, that we are called to retreat, to take the time to let go of DOing and return to BEing.
Our little sanctuary awaits you on the Olympic Peninsula - a small forest to bathe in, a sunken peace garden that imagines a conversation between the Buddha and Saint Francis, an opening to the ancient wisdom of pilgrimages that supports you to tend inside with gentle care as you open to the seeds of your new beginnings.
“Journeying around the mandala of the Self is the most sacred path we can walk.”
A Hymn of Changes - Contemplations of the I Ching by David LaChapelle
Co-Crafted Personal Retreats
Contemplative Inquiry
A 2 night 3 Day Self-Inquiry Process
Forest Bathing on the Olympic Peninsula, with a supported self inquiry, eco altar making and art endeavor.
Rites of Passage
A 2 night 3 Day self ceremony
A gentle vision fast or mini day walk that marks a significant milestone, whether a birthday or a divorce, a diagnosis or a difficulty, a completion or to mark a new beginning.
Meaning Making
A 3 night 4 day including forest bathing, a mini day walk, a gentle vision quest.
Each day, you will be writing down key aspects of your query. On the final day, we will make pulp from the old story, so you can take home with you, a fresh sheet of paper to capture the meaning you made.
These retreats are NOT therapy and are offered for integrative self use by therapists,
and for those referred by their own therapist.
